The trip to the front desk was a miserable route going through the casino following these arrows on the floor.</strong> The clerk was friendly and very nice. Then she put me in this tower on the 15th floor which you really needed a road map to get there short of a car. Once we got into the room it was spacious. But then the bathroom.... Lets face it, when the tiles are buldging and ready to fall into the tup and there is MOLD in between the tiles it makes one wonder, WHAT THE HELL is this. Room service was dreadful. We ordered a sandwich and was told 35 minutes. An hour and a half later it shows up. In the morning went to the bagel stand... They should rename the place Stand for a Bagel. $12.00 for 2 bagels. What a rip for poor quality and service. But what really bites my behind is that the place is under a major renovation and they do not say one thing about it on their web site. SURPRISED..... If we were to rate this on the star system it would not even garner 1 point on a star.
